Molėtai sculpture park, established in the city itself, next to Lake Pastovis, is a great place not only to take a walk and enjoy the peace of nature, but also to admire the works of artists. Various works of wood, black, gray and brown granite, created by sculptor-architects from Lithuania, Wales, France and Poland, are exhibited in the modern park under the open sky. The idea to establish the park came from two artists - D. Cibauskaitė and V. Čeikauskas. In April 22, 1998, the park officially opened, on that day the history of the Molėtai Sculpture Park began, which continues to this day - an observation deck was built, new sculptures were installed. The park comes alive during events.
